At Agri Today, we aim to provide farmers, retailers, and customers with a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Our refund policy ensures fairness and satisfaction for both buyers and sellers within the agricultural marketplace.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a product was paid for but not delivered due to a verified system or delivery error.
  • If the item received is significantly different from the product details listed in the app.
  • If a duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the product has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • Issues arising from personal preferences or dissatisfaction not related to product quality or service failure.
  • Delays or issues caused by network connectivity, user error, or third-party payment gateway delays.

How to Request a Refund

Customers can request a refund within 48 hours of completing the transaction. Please include the following details in your request:

  • Order ID or Payment Reference Number
  • Registered Email or Mobile Number
  • Reason for Refund with Supporting Proof (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
